With Back2Front, I make it a point to support a few charities every year. Besides our monthly donations to Pelicano, our bed & breakfast also supports local initiatives. For example, we regularly contribute to the G-sports project of canoe club De Paddel in Dikkebus.
De Paddel is a canoe club with the beautiful Dikkebus pond as its base. You can go there for various water sports: canoe, kayak, sup and pedalo. Because everyone has the right to do sports, De Paddel also has a G-sports branch. The club is therefore committed to helping less mobile sportsmen and women and recreational users.
For example, the club has special canoes equipped with a sturdy and ergonomic backrest. Each canoe can accommodate a G-sportsman and his or her companion. The G-kayak and the G-sup are also made for less mobile people.

Back2Front is proud to call itself a sponsor of De Paddel. At the end of 2021, the club organised another crowdfunding. With the money raised, the club will invest in adapted G-sports equipment including new sit-on-top duo-kayaks. What this club does for less mobile people is simply fantastic! I have great admiration for the club members' ongoing commitment. Keep up the good work!
